Tribeca Penthouse Loft

We worked with a professional athlete and his fiancé to create a warm, modern residence in an historic building in Tribeca. We drew inspiration from iconic New York artist Christoper Wool, known for his massive black and white paintings referencing the urban landscape. Collaborating with Porter Clapp Architects, the renovation features Brazilian cristallo quartzite counters, oak cabinetry, and a sleek floating staircase leading to the terrace. The project incorporates materials selected to improve over time like oxidized metal, leather and travertine.
