Based in New York City, Broderic Design is an interior design studio specializing in one-of-a-kind residences that feel modern, composed, and playful. Led by Ashlie Broderic, our style and approach are informed by her experience alongside some of the world’s most influential designers, developing multi-million-dollar residences for New York’s elite.

Every project begins with a client — their travels, passions, and personality — and expands outward to embrace the character of the location, whether it’s an historic building, an iconic neighborhood, or a luxury summer destination.

Art, architecture, and travel are constant references. A street mural in Wynwood, Christopher Wool’s graphic paintings, or the restrained minimalism of the Aman resorts can all inform the direction of a home.

We gravitate toward materials that grow richer with age — stone that patinas, wood that deepens, leather that softens — because we believe your home should evolve alongside you. Our work embraces contrast: raw brick against soft linen, blackened steel balanced by warm oak, contemporary lines layered with timeworn finishes. 

With a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture + Design from Drexel University and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Smith College, Ashlie brings both technical expertise and an understanding of how profoundly our environments shape our lives.
